Dire customer service.

Company deducted an excess amount from my credit card account.

Without notifying me, they refunded the whole payment and cancelled my order after I queried the amount deducted.

My subsequent message asking for clarification of the position and requesting that the order be fulfilled - subject to me paying of course - was ignored.

Terribly sorry I inconvenienced you by only wanting to pay the stated price rather than some higher random amount. Back to Common Projects or Oliver Cabell I suspect.

Bought a Capri Canvas Sneaker, toe box was way too long, NO RETURN, SCAM, wasted my money.

I’ve ordered from koio, and the shoes are great, no complaints here.
My only gripe with them, is that, I’m from the Philippines and if I order more than $200 from outside the Philippines I get taxed for it. Now, Koio ran a discount event mid 2020 and they charged me for shipping and prepaid taxes & duties even though the discounted price of the shoe was $178 (w/c I shouldn’t have to pay tax and duties). I hope they will fix this soon.
